Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment

We understand that life is unpredictable and plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you, our valued client, and to our dedicated cleaning professionals who have reserved time for your service.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at 0421 460 944 or by email at info@parentpal.com.au as soon as possible.

3. Cancellation Timeframe and Fees

More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund if prepaid. Between 24 to 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to cover the loss of the appointment slot. Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service price will be charged. No-show or lockout: If our team arrives for a scheduled appointment but is unable to gain access to your property, a fee equivalent to 100% of the service price will be charged.

4. Fee Justification

Late cancellations and lockouts mean our team members lose income and we lose the ability to schedule another client in that time slot. This fee helps compensate our staff for their reserved time.

5. Exceptions

We may waive cancellation fees in cases of verifiable emergencies. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
